We’ve been friends for as long as we can remember. After years of separate adventures - and more pub and cafe conversations than we can count - we finally found the right moment to build something together. Pulse & Pattern is where that idea became a reality.
Gavin Sambles is a strategic leader with deep expertise in healthcare systems, digital product design, and human behaviour.
As part of a senior executive team, he led the UK government’s COVID-19 testing operation, overseeing multi-billion-pound budgets, guiding digital adoption, and contributing to the delivery of more than 300 million tests.
His career spans diagnostics and intervention products, giving him a rare perspective across the full healthcare spectrum.
He has worked with Cigna, the NHS, Randox, SureScreen, and Boots, building a track record across the UK, US, and Australia. He combines healthcare depth with a consumer lens to drive behaviour change with clarity, empathy, and impact.
Ben Beazley is a creative and strategic leader with over 18 years of experience shaping brands that challenge convention and shift behaviour.
He’s led award-winning work across the US and EMEA for disruptive companies such as Google, Airbnb, Samsung, Amazon, and PlayStation, blending cultural insight with commercial impact.
Working with brands such as Kenvue, P&G, and Unilever he’s also helped redefine their consumer health offering, bringing clarity and emotion to complex wellness stories.
From launching platforms to repositioning global brands, Ben pairs creative excellence with strategic precision to deliver results.
